--max-turns<n>

Limits how many agentic turns a print-mode run may take, and errors out when the limit is reached.

What the documentation does not say

There is no limit by default. It bounds the number of steps, not the money: a run can hit an expensive model twice and stay well inside three turns, which is what --max-budget-usd is for.
