--system-prompt<text>
Replaces the entire default system prompt with text you give.

What the documentation does not say
Replacing the prompt drops everything the default one says about tools, safety, and how the session works. That is a real choice for a narrow scripted task and a bad default for interactive work; --append-system-prompt keeps the base and adds to it.
