--effort<level>

Sets the effort level for the session: low, medium, high, xhigh, max, or ultracode.

What the documentation does not say

Which levels exist depends on the model. ultracode is not a sixth level but xhigh with ultracode turned on, and it needs v2.1.203 or later. The setting does not persist: it overrides effortLevel for this session only.
