--fallback-model<models>

Names the model, or the comma-separated chain of models, to fall back to when the primary one is overloaded or gone.

What the documentation does not say

A retired model counts as unavailable, which is what saves an old script the day a model is turned off. The fallbackModel setting holds a chain across sessions; this flag overrides it.
